About Us

How We're Helping

We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the band experience the best it can be for our students. With the help of our tireless volunteers, we organize fundraisers, The mission of the Alvarado High School Band Boosters is to provide logistical, moral and financial support to the Alvarado ISD bands. We support the band’s curriculum classes as well as extracurricular activities such as the Golden Warrior Marching Band, Jazz Bands, Honor, Symphonic, and Concert Bands, Indoor Drumline and Winterguard. We raise money to purchase musical instruments and pay for repairs, marching uniforms and concert wear, sheet music, transportation to performances and competitions, and instruction costs. We cooperate fully with the band directors, and school administration so that the band program at Alvarado High School can be maintained at the highest standards of excellence.participate in exciting community-building events, and perform throughout the year.
